fix soon, lots of people I have requested to use plugin are now broken especially the extra / in the permalink breaks things

That issue is resolved, however new issue:

If taxonomy doesn’t exist for comic post type:

if custom post type has multiple taxonomies:

Those are two problems.

Works fine if 1 taxonomy is set to custom post type. Otherwise bad.
