    php v5.5

    I have two domains on dreamhost. Language base Site 1 is French
    Both use multisite -and since update to 4.2.2 having random 404’s
    Cleaned DB, flushed all caches, replaced all WP files.
    Deactivated all plugins (network)
    Used 2015 wp-default theme on Site 1 (no 404’s)

    Attempted to create new site = a 404’s.
    Enable debug in wp-config

    Same error message
    Site was not created.
    Deactivated and moved polyland from plugins directory.

    Any thoughts on where to help me diagnose this issue.
