nothing's working

Hi guys, I’ve got a huge problem right now. I updated nextGen gallery to the latest version, and then I activated it. But after the activation the plugin, all the pages with /wp-admin are blank. Well, my site is working, but when I want to enter wp dashboard or to edit any of my pages, all I get is a blank site. I’d like to deactivate next gen but I cannot, ’cause all the pages I need to enter are blank. I don’t know what to do, please please help me quickly. Thank you a lot.

@black_sun111 – You will most likely need to deactivate NextGEN Gallery manually via FTP … see this section of this codex article: https://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Uninstalling_Plugins

I have the same problem as this, although my whole site goes down, including the admin. Whilst I have managed to deactivate the plugin is there a fix for this issue?

I am using wordpress 4.2.3
Nextgen Gallery 2.1.2
Seems to happen with all themes but currently running with an unaltered 2014 theme.
I PHP is 5.3 on Apache running as FastCgi

I have just migrated servers, I am fairly sure that this was OK on my old server. Which would suggest a setting somewhere. Any ideas what it could be would be great.

Although it could be a migration related issue which would possibly require our external Reset Tool plugin.
