    For about 2 days I’ve had nothing load in editor, I disabled all plugins, believe me that took time too because every time I tried to I got redirected to a page with bold font saying there was an error, I can’t remember the error code, but it started to annoy me.
    I tried logging in to wp admin in different browsers, same thing. Even when I had the plugins installed everyone of them wouldn’t work, everything was just real slow.
    My host is GoDaddy, I removed the site and created and new one to see if I would have the same issues. I goto themes to choose a theme and click add new theme and nothing loads in this area either. It just say featured, popular, latest and favourites with a zero beside these tabs and nothing loading.
    I’ve searched the internet to see if anyone else is having the same problem but nothing the exact same as mine. It’s very frustrating, and I feel like I’ve wasted money on a domain etc…
    Would be very appreciated if someone had the solution to this.

    Update: now getting this error message in themes “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

    Change config.php on

    /** Database Charset to use in creating database tables. */
    //define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8mb4’);
    to
    define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8’);

    Doesn’t work now when I click in to appearance it’s coming up as “/** Database Charset to use in creating database tables. */ //define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8mb4’); to define(‘DB_CHARSET’, ‘utf8’); Reply
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function nocache_headers() in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas01_data01/50/3173950/html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 33″ on its own page.

    @ravipatel: that’s absolutely the wrong thing to do

    @crazysims4blog: change wp-config.php back to how it was before.

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration.

    That’s GoDaddy error. It should resolve itself.

    Have you deactivated all plugins to see if that resolves the loading problems?

    Have you switched to the default theme twentysixteen to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    Tried to uplaod a theme and stays at 61% while uploading for about 4-5 hours i’m getting pissed off at this I paid for this goddam website builder and no one even replys? This is not good customer service. Thing is I’ve really good internet speed so its not that! I would appreciated if someone started to try and help me to get to the bottom of this seriously!!!

    Tried to upload a theme and stays at 61% while uploading for about 4-5 hours….

    That has nothing to do with WordPress and everything to do with GoDaddy. Or your local internet connection, but if you say that’s fast, it really sounds like GoDaddy.

    GoDaddy is well known to be a terrible host. Search these forums for “Godaddy” and see what others say. See Recommended WordPress Web Hosting

    Be sure you’ve tried a different PC and different browser, too; could be your PC or browser.

    Rang up godaddy and the girl was very helpful, things seem to be working now including ftp, hopefully nothing else goes wrong!
