Nothing in Solo

    Hi. I have one problem. I have two types of payment in webshop. One is ”Plaćanje prilikom preuzimanja” and the other is ”Braintree-Credit card”.
    When customer orders and choose ”plaćanje prilikom preuzimanja” order status is ”U obradi” and then SOLO doesn’t work. But when I change order status manualy to ”Obrada naplate” and then to ”završeno” SOLO works and I can see bill in SOLO. When customer check with Braintree, SOLO doesn’t work at all. I tried every posible combination – other, fiskal, card, transaction..nothing happening in SOLO.

    Hi! We have the same problem.
    When I place order email comes as confirmation of order. Order is created in Woo and status is On Hold. When I go to Solo in section Offers, the new offer is not created. In Solo API settings type of payment documentation is set to Offer.

    So…
    I disabled all the plugins and then it started working.
    I got all offers created in Solo…
    And then I was reenabling 1 Add-on by 1 to find the problematic one.
    Found none, all Add-ons enabled, Offers are created in Solo.

    I have do idea what was wrong but now is working!
