Nothing Displaying

    Hi there,

    When I click on the big blue button nothing is getting pulled through. I’ve manually entered the numeric user ID, but can do nothing about the access token.

    I have clicked the “button not working” link next to the big blue button in settings but that just seems to be a loop, where your website advises me to go back to that page and offers no alternative for getting the access token. Not super helpful.

    I have logged out of instagram, logged back in and re-requested the access token, but no luck.

    Please help!

    Hey haileygriffiths,

    Sorry for the issue here! We’ve had some reports of people having an issue if the network they’re in is behind a firewall. Is this the case for you?

    Otherwise, would since the issue is in the back-end of your site, would it be possible for me to log in and try the buttons out to see what happens?
