Notes isn’t working

    Hi,

    When working on a website with clients, I always use the notes feature. But now a problem has come up.

    The button is visible, but when you click on it, nothing happens. The only thing that happens is a # appears after the URL. It works fine for me as an administrator, but not for anyone with a different role. This problem occurs on multiple websites.

    Does anyone know what might be causing this?

    Hi @mettemennen,

    The Notes feature is an Elementor Pro exclusive function and requires an active Elementor Pro license to work properly across user roles.

    If you already have an active Elementor Pro subscription on these sites, please open a support ticket so they can investigate your account permissions and site setup further.
