Not Working WordPress Plugin

I tried all the ways to make it work, but noway, The plugin has a lot of amazing options, but believe me , I tried everything, my generated links don’t leave my website, it redirects to my website and 404 page ( not found )

this is not the first time I use a short link app or plugin, why don’t I have any issues with pretty link or better links? everything I create works like a charm, but this one is a headache!

I would really make it work, because it adds itself to my sitemap, but no way to make it work, I tried it on all my websites, same issue, my generated link don’t leave my website and never redirects to my chosen link.

If anyone face this same issue please let a review here, so I will be sure it’s not in my side, or my settings, because I set it to permanent redirect as it was in default settings. If I am wrong, and you sure that this plugin is working fine, please let me know.
