Hello.
It’s not working with WP Rocket plugins.
though wp rocket is not blocking any rest API.

Please follow this solution to troubleshoot the issue when you get an error when posting reviews to your site https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000586999-errors-when-posting-reviews-to-wordpress

You can also try to contact your hosting support to ask for fixing the issue with REST API on your site if WP Rocket does not block REST API.
