Do you know if Thrive Content Builder is shortcode based?
Actually, I don’t know.
I have to write my texts in the Thrive Content Builder, a WYSIWYG editor, but then I cannot see any code or text in the regular editor of WordPress – it’s blank.

Ok, so the content is stored somewhere Relevanssi doesn’t see it. Now, how to make it work with Relevanssi depends on where the content is actually stored. If it’s in custom fields, then you need to make Relevanssi index custom fields.
For a start, you can set the custom field parameter in Relevanssi to “all”, then rebuild the index. Does that make the content available?
So in that case it might be shortcodes on a page, what happens if you go to restore a revision on a page?
What content is showing in the revision?
I took a screen capture to show you: https://postimg.org/image/f9ue2n21p/

You can see shortcodes in the revisions.
Ok.
That means that Relevanssi can’t index it at all? Or there’s a way to fix it?
Relevanssi can index it, but you need to figure out where the content is stored. I have no idea. You should probably ask Thrive support this question: where Thrive Visual Editor content is stored?
Once I know the answer to that question, I can help you further with this.
They have just told me that “More specifically, in the database, your content is found in the post meta fields”.
Ok, in that case Relevanssi is able to find the content. Set the custom field setting in Relevanssi to “all” (without the quotes), rebuild the index and you should be able to find the content. If you don’t, that probably means your theme is blocking Relevanssi.
