I installed the plugin with subscription form for MailChimp. But when new subscribers enters the mail id then the one more popup will open which again ask for entering mail id and the message display is “There are errors below”. I think it is not updating the email address. My site URL is http://www.basunivesh.com

I am also having this problem – entering in your email in the top bar and hitting subscribe does not automatically fill that field on the confirmation page and I’m getting the same error message. My site is http://totalnoms.com.

Howdy,

In both cases, can you change the e-mail form field name to EMAIL (all caps). That’ll resolve it.

Unfortunately that doesn’t fix it for me. The email address doesn’t stick when taken to the subscription page. http://www.bloggingplainandsimple.com/

It looks like your form action field is incorrect. Could you follow the instructions at http://www.brandonkraft.com/contrib/plugins/genesis-enews-extended/install/#mailchimp to locate the correct one for your account?
