not working with 4 numeric digits

    Hello,

    When typing 6013 in the search bar the auto suggest will show many results, then when you hit enter or press the search icon no results are displayed on the page, it says searchresult: “”

    When you do 5 digits like 60133 it work fine, it says search results: “60133 and it displays the results.

    When you do 3 letters like HWT it work s fine, it says search results: “HWT”.

    The problem is with 4 numeric digits or less.

    It is strange because in auto suggest he sees enough, it is just after clicking the search icon or after hitting enter, that 4 numeric digits do not get stored as search.

    How to fix this please?

    Hi,

    If the results on the search page are different from the ones in the autocomplete, it most often indicates a conflict with another plugin. Are you using any other search plugins? If not, what plugins are you using? Do you have any custom code in your theme that could be altering the results?
