Not working on my theme

I’m getting similar issues to previous users – who appear to have not received responses.

Whether using a virtual management page, a 404 is returned when users try to subscribe, and the ‘if you need to create a real page to make your theme happy’ link is broken.

Pity – this is clearly otherwise a well-considered plugin.
