All seem to be perfect for most brwser and mobile but push logo to subsribe do not appear under IE and i dont see any option for IE browser.

Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge currently don’t support push notifications, although Microsoft Edge is working to support it (IE isn’t). Please see this list for our supported browsers: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/web-push-setup.
