Hello. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I just now tested WP Edit with a vanilla installation of WordPress (no other plugins with the 2016 theme); and WP Edit is working as expected.

Perhaps there is another plugin that is causing the conflict. Unfortunately, the only way to test is to temporarily deactivate all other plugins and see if the issue persists.

Also, if you open your browser console and view the debug log; that information could be useful. You can copy/paste any errors here in this forum. HERE is the link on how to use the browser console.

Are you using WP Edit Pro, or the free version?

    Pro.
I had sent an email in yesterday but had not heard back so I posted here as well

Ahhh… 1000 apologies. I just this morning got back into my plugins. My email is bloated with 300+ messages. I’ve been away for about a month. It’s going to take me a week or so to get caught up on everything.

Also, unfortunately I can’t help you here (but I think you already knew that). So please send me an email again, link to this thread, and I’ll make sure it goes to the top of the list.

In the meantime, you may want to try resetting the plugin options (database tab).

Looking forward to continuing this via email. Thanks! πŸ™‚

Hey Josh I also got an error after updating to 4.6. This is the error:

    Deprecated TinyMCE API call: <target>.onSaveContent.add(..)
    wp-tiny…0160726 (linia 22)
    TypeError: this.getDoc(…) is undefined

    …dy:function(){return this.bodyElement||this.getDoc().body},convertURL:function(e…

    wp-tiny…0160726 (line 12, col 26948)

And because of this I can’t edit my posts. I use Advance custom fields plugin, easyrecipes plugin and tinymce advanced plugin.

If I disable Tinymce-advance plugin nothing happens. If I disable Easyrecipes plugin OR Advance custom fields plugin it works perfect.

While ACF disabled I still get Deprecated TinyMCE API call: <target>.onSaveContent.add(..) but I can edit my posts.

Before tha 4.6 everything was perfect with this configuration.

Can you help me fix this please ?

    Hello @paulalexandru,

Can you please let me know if this is the free version or pro version of WP Edit? The original poster was asking about the pro version; which I cannot support on this forum. If it is the free version; please feel free to open a new ticket so I can deal with you more directly.

    Thank you.
