    Hello Muralidharan,

first of all, I would like to thank you for this plugin, it is working like a charm with no more than 15 minutes from brand new Firebase project to first push message. It does what it says it will.

However, I had successfully tested push notifications using Edge and Chrome on Windows and Chrome on Android 10 and 11; I had no luck with iOS on iPhone 8 and 10, website does not offer to activate push notifications, hence no messages received. Do I have to look for a different kind of setup for this?

Any advice would be more than helpful, thanks

    Gregorio

As it is mentioned in the description of the plugin web push is not supported by iOS browser. This notification is based on browser web push and safari not supporting web push api. Please refer this link web push compatible browsers https://caniuse.com/push-api
For ios to use firebase push notification, we need to create direct app push notification with signed certificate from ios developer account and web push is not supported. Thanks.
