Not working in Chrome

    I have one user reporting that the language switcher doesn’t work in Chrome. She says she nothing happens after she selects a language. She has tried clearing cache and cookies. What could the issue be?

    I have checked and it works fine for me.

    You can ask them to check the browser console for any errors which will provide a hint.
