not working from the last update

    Abondaned orders are always blank. even the history of abondaned orders are blank.

    No capturing.

    this is happening after the last update of the plugin.

    Hi @shahulakthar,

    Can you please let us know what value you have set for “Automatically Delete Abandoned Orders after X days” setting? This setting is located at WooCommerce -> Abandoned Carts
    -> Settings -> General.

    If you have set some value there then it is possible that the abandoned carts captured on your site before those X days have got deleted now.

    If you have not set any value for that setting then it would be great if you can send us the admin and FTP credentials of your site by dropping us an email on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com”. So that we will communicate there in more detail regarding this issue and will check the issue on your site.
