not working at all

hi , i wanted to use quick chat but when i install it .. nothing appeared … i changed the theme to one of the default themes(24) … still nothing

then i closed all the plugins except quick chat ….. and still i can see nothing.

ofcourse i have deleted it now and i am looking for any other plugin that can do the same thing but .. if it works i will reinstall it .. because i liked it the best so far.
