Not Working After Domain Migration

    I am trying to enable this on my site and everything says it is enabled but it isn’t showing up. I think it is because I enabled it on the dev domain but didn’t copy the Recovery token before I did the domain swap. I have tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it a few times but no luck. It says 0 out of 0 articles are used so it isn’t that I am out of articles. When I do the enable option it says it is enabled but doesn’t show up. I also see it enabled on the individual posts but again doesn’t show up on the actual posts. Any tips?

    Hi Matt,

    That sounds right — without the Recovery Token copied before the domain swap, the plugin isn’t linked to your account anymore, which is why it shows as enabled but nothing renders. Reinstalling won’t fix that on its own.

    Please reach out to support@trinityaudio.ai with your dev domain, your live domain (trailfieldnotes.com), and when the migration happened — our team can relink the account or issue a new token directly.
