I installed it, but it is not working. No settings show like it does in the demo.

Titan Framework is exactly that – a Framework. Did you explicitly set options/settings in another theme or plugin?

What @jason means is that Titan alone does nothing when you just activate it. It only does stuff when you create options, see: http://www.titanframework.net/get-started/
