    Hi,

    Probably that is due to a conflict with the jQuery used by your WordPress theme.

    Try changing the “Script load method” to “Direct” below the list of forms.

    If that doesn’t work then post a private support ticket at http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support so we can check that problem in detail.
