• You guys keep pushing multiple updates (and I am up to date), but the Forms & Entries section is still not working on my website. Additionally, I am unable to configure my development email with my production email because these sections are broken or not working.

    Hello @nmgdev,

Thank you for the rating and for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry that the Forms & Entries section and email settings are not working correctly.

When both areas stop loading, please try the following:

    1. Clear your site/server cache and ask your hosting provider to clear PHP OPcache, then reload the WordPress admin.
    2. Check whether a security, firewall, caching, or optimization plugin is blocking WordPress REST API requests. Fluent Forms needs its REST requests to load Forms, Entries, and settings.
    3. Once the page loads, go to Forms → Edit → Settings & Integrations → Email Notifications and make sure the notification is enabled and saved.
    4. If you need notifications sent to both development and production email addresses, add both addresses in Send To → Enter Email, separated by commas. You can also use CC/BCC under the Advanced settings.
    5. Submit a test entry and check the entry’s Submission Logs. If the notification is triggered successfully but the email is not delivered, configure SMTP and test email delivery.

    Helpful guides:

If the issue continues, please share the Fluent Forms and WordPress versions, the exact error message, and whether the REST API warning appears. Please do not share login credentials or private access details here.

    Thank you
