    Hi there

    I installed your plugin today and followed the guides. The only way to test it (I think) is to shop myself and put some products in the basket, with my own email address.

    I created 2 email templates

    1. To email people using SPRING25 discount code
    2. A catch all

    Catchall rule to based on user role, OR, customer OR administrator

    Trigger, CATCH ALL – 5 mins after (for testing)

    I have installed WP Mail logging -and there is nothing sent from your plugin.

    I have also installed and configured WP MAIL SMTP

    PLEASE HELP.

    We have tested the same scenario on our end, and the plugin successfully sent the abandoned cart emails as expected. To help us better understand the issue, could you please share a screenshot or a short video of your plugin configuration? This will allow us to review the settings and identify any potential issues.

    Also, please confirm if the WP Mail SMTP test email works fine to ensure no email delivery issues.
