Not Working

    I set this up pretty generically to see if it would work and it doesn’t appear to be. I set it to only pop up on a specific URL but every time I got there nothing happens. I have tried multiple browsers as well so it doesn’t appear to be a blocker…

    Can someone assist?

    It’s hard to debug without much information. Could you attach a screenshot of the PopUp page showing the settings and the URL?

    It’s not working for me either. It was. The latest WP update came out between when it was working and now, when it’s not working, so maybe that has something to do with it.

    I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

    I also tried making a new popup too. Nothing helps.

    Do you receive any error messages? Can you post a screenshot of your PopUp page so we can see your settings?

    Changing what triggers the pop up to the footer fixed it for me. It was working with the default setting, and then it stopped working. Maybe what caused that was the recent WordPress update?
