Hey, thanks for sending me that.
I’ve just tested it on my local WordPress installation and its working well.
I have the plugin installed. Then I added the following shortcode:
[keepthescore token=gsffkjepkfr]
This results in the leaderboard being visible in the post.
What happens on your end?
If the problem persists I can refund your money.

Hi,
Thanks for the fast response. In my case it just renders the shortcode text as plain text like it is not reading the shortcode. There are no errors.

Currently no, I’m using the classic editor. But I have also tested with with blocks editor and with php.
