Can you confirm the html has changed e.g. links are different than before.
Can you send your site url?
as far as I can tell, the reference URL to the plugins has remained unchanged, although I made all the changes in your plugin. I have changed the plugin folder name and than the plugins path and name.
Still in header I see the same old wp-content/plugins/plugin-original-name
!??!
If the urls stay the same as before, it means, for a reason the plugin was not able to apply any changes.
Do you use a cache plugin, also server / dns cache? Try to clear those.
Which environment your server use (.eg. php version, apache, nginex etc)

this definitely isn’t working !
Apache / php5.6.30-he.0
no caching plugins at all
it’s a new WP installation with only Woocommerce,Yith quickview,Updraft and your plugin!
What does this plugin need to work ?!?!
Still can you send your site url?!
Also send the content of your .htaccess file.
I have the latest WP and I see NO .htaccess! (yes, I can see hidden files … it’s just not there)
Maybe you try with the latest WP?
I don’t think your server actually use Apache, possible there’s a Nginx. This will work only if set as reverse proxy for Apache, see this topic https://wordpress.org/support/topic/is-the-plugin-working-with-nginx/
