Hi Patrice,
Thanks for choosing IntellyWP products.
Could you send us some information about which page of your website is showing this kind of error? Could you send us the URL of the website?
Do you see this error using FB Pixel Helper Chrome Addon?
If you want to send us more private information please use this form https://intellywp.com/report-a-bug/
Thanks, Alex.

Hi Alex, the website page is: http://www.patricewilliamsmarks.com/thank-you-facebook/
That page is only accessed after a person subscribes to my newsletter.
Yes, I use the Chrome plugin to see if the pixel is working. I get errors from the plugin, as well as in Facebook Power Editor which shows an error and says “unverified.”
Patrice
Hi Patrice,
Found the problem.
You have 2 conversion pixels in your website:
- one conversion pixel is inserted from our plugin Tracking Code manager
- another conversion pixel is inserted from another plugin or directly into the code
Here is screenshot that explain better your issue

I suppose that is a FB rule that you can have only one conversion pixel per page.
Bye, Alex.

Hi, I actually tried more than one plugin as nothing worked. Not even the first time when I used yours first. The other plugin is not even active on my site, How do I get rid of their code?
Thank you for looking into it.

PS I have deleted the other plugins, not just deactivate. Still same issue.

Please remove the screenshot online as it should be private.
Solved removing other plugins.
Please Patrice or WP moderators remove the thank-you-page link in this 3d 🙂
Thanks, Alex.

Hi, what do you mean solved? I am still getting the error. I am unable to verify pixel through Facebook.
Also, what did you want removed?
Patrice
Hi Patrice,
I’ve marked SOLVED due to I opened your site using my FB Pixel Helper and everything works well (https://intellywp.com/releases/PatricePixel.png)
I also saw your page source code and everything is properly inserted so don’t worry, your conversion pixel will works.
Sometimes FB Pixel Helper has some strange behaviours so in these cases our suggestion is to change PC and see if it works.
You can also verify if Facebook recognize properly this pixel, be sure that you have inserted in our plugin the correct tracking code pixel.
Feed free to reach us in any moment, Alex.
