Not Working

Hi,

I’m new to all of this and i just installed and activated the Sensible Theme.
I followed the tutorial provided in the theme details but i couldn’t get the customization page to show any options or a preview of the site.
I’m really very new to this, but i’ve been searching for solutions everywhere and it shoulb be really simple… anyway

Any suggestion of what i might be doing wrong?

Hi,

I’m sorry to insist. I did everything described in the Sensible Theme Customizer Setup. It doesn’t work. i created a another page with the “Home Page” Setup. Open the customize option and no options or preview appear.

In the documentation doesn’t address any issues so i couldn’t resolve the problem…
Do you have any suggestions?

Apparently it’s a browser problem… In chrome nothing shows up in the customize option. In firefox it works.
I have no idea why

Ok Forget that.
It just happened in Firefox too… I was working fine. i closed firefox, opened it after a while and now the customize options are gone. It only show the first info, “you are customizing….”

I love the theme but if i can’t use it wi’ll have to change sooner or later… i relly don’t want to. it’s the best looking theme i’ve found!

Try clearing the cache on your browser(s) and any caching plugins you might have. IF that doesn’t work, try deactivating any plugins you have to see if any are causing that problem.

It’s working now! I think it was probably caused by the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. but, then again, i don’t know enough to tell.
