    You mean:

    rel="lightbox[gallery-1]"
rel="lightbox[gallery-2]"

    etc.?

    What script you are using?

    yes.

    I can not show the website. It on a testing host.
    I downloaded and installed version 1.5.1 and everything worked

    Script is using jquery-1.11.2.min.js and jquery.bxSlider.min.js

    If you’re using rel attribute it means these are manually entered I guess.

    Try to change them from rel to data-rel:

    data-rel="lightbox[gallery-1]"
data-rel="lightbox[gallery-2]"
