Not using uploaded data

    Hi.

    The chatbot plugin seems to be pulling in random or wrong data with simple questions that I have trained on the dataset editor. How can I get the chatbot to use the data I have specified. I’ve uploaded it to opneAI and trained it and selected the new model on the AI section?

    First of all, please note that the response you get from the AI model doesn’t depend on the plugin itself. It depends on the service/model you use, as well as your instructions, context, and settings. I believe you are using fine-tuning to achieve the desired result. This is a very specific training method that requires a lot of data and isn’t suited for a simple question/answer scenario. You can check this documentation, which covers different ways to get the chatbot to answer based on your content. Hope this helps!
