    I like to try a plugin without offering all my personal and payment information. Even for a ‘free’ account creditcard details are required.

    Broken Link Checker (BLC) is a free plugin that automatically scans your site for broken links, images, and videos, which helps you maintain a healthy website and a good user experience for your visitors.

    We include 250 links scanned for free per month which is sufficient for smaller sites. If ​BLC scans more than 250 links in a month, then you’re automatically upgraded to the appropriate monthly plan to avoid interruption, so that BLC can continue scanning all the links on your site.

    This is why we ask for credit cards details when you register for ​BLC. This information isn’t stored by us, and it’s never used if BLC doesn’t scan more than 250 links per month.
