Not Translating

    I’m using this plugin on the suggestion of the developer of my theme. They were able to show me screenshots of how I can use Loco to easily change the language of the CHECKOUT and VIEW CART buttons on the shopping cart icon for this site we are putting together.

    I’ve followed every step correctly as shown by them as well as tutorials I’ve looked up for Loco and the translation never shows up.

    My language setting is correct and I’ve cleared the cache after making changes.

    I’m at a loss for why this isn’t working.

    Presumably this is a WooCommerce question and you’ve read the FAQ.

    Have you translated the strings in your theme, or in the WooCommerce bundle? Do you know for sure which is being used?

    It is in woocommerce. The developer showed me a shot by shot of them translating it and I’ve followed it exactly as well as read through documentation. It worked when they didn’t, so obviously I’m missing something. I will read through the link you sent me and see if I can work it out.

    Well…it works now. I’ll be honest, I don’t know what I did different this time b/c it appears I took the same approach previously as when I just followed the doc on Woocommerce. I did check the config repository this time, so maybe that’s what did it. Thanks!
