Not synchronizing with loged in user

hello guys,
I have some problems with the plugin after installation and settings.
1. The plugin does not synchronize with loged in users of my site. It always demands them to log in, and when clicked on my site name to log in, the application after authenticating and authorization, does not close the pop up window, if clicked close, will close the window, and refresh the current page, but after refreshing, still indicate as logged out user, but other social login system works well.
2. The plugin usually appears when the page is reloaded. at the first click, the plugin does not appear, untill I click reload. please, what should i do. I have sent a debug report to the developers without any response.
