Not sure what I’m doing wrong…

I’m an absolute novice to wordpress, downloaded it the other day and the IT manager set up the database etc on our server.

I’ve created a theme to match our website (as I’m wanting to use it to publish news articles for the site so those who don’t know html can still make updates).

If I navigate to the absolute URL (http://www.rawhideaccessories.com/wordpress/index.php) the blog shows up properly showing my posts. However, if I click on any link, post title, archives, etc it takes me to the index of our server OR whichever link Ive clicked returns a blank page.

Could anyone tell me what it is I’m missing so I can get it sorted?
