Well, I’m not sure about the header it just doesn’t fit in with the simple aesthetics of the Bionic Jive theme. You probably want to tone down the brightness on it – I know it’s default, but the header image makes the brightness more prominent.
If you want to keep the image header, I would consider changing the colour scheme and design of the site to match it. The two seem to clash. I like the Bionic Jive layout scheme, it’s one of the more quirky and original looking ones, but I think you can do more with it.
the design is good but i had some problems to find something on your navbar. the colours i think fit together and with the header its getting a special touch. its a good choice, the dark header and the orange ( think its orange ) hyperlinks 🙂 perhaps you can modify the hyperlinks itself with another colour for the choosing link, perhaps underlined or something like that.
for me as visitor its interessting and i will come back often….have to learn your tuts, that takes a while. i like it

Jinsan: I see your point with the brightness, but I don’t think I will change the color scheme.. Maybe It will be better if I give the site more “air” between the header and the content.

it wasn´t really a problem. i have a problem with red colours to read and see and in your nav bar i can find alot of red 🙂
what i meant a post before is an effect you can give it if you would do the hyperlink underline on mouseover or something like that. or for a visitet hyperlink another colour.
