Not showing responsive

Hi, I´m using implecode on my theme (socute) and the responsive version is not showin. Is there any code I can add or anything I can do to make it responsive. I know the pluggin sais its responsive ans so does my theme but something is not working. I would trully appreciatte some feedback on this. Thx!
