    Hello @yordikathmann

Please go to the WooCommerce status (WooCommerce > Status) and scroll down to the WooCommerce pages section. Check if the page set as Checkout has the required shortcode.
The website is built on a DIVI theme and a common mistake is to remove this shortcode.

Thank you, the status is red. I changed it to green but then the divi design is gone… the shortcode is also in my divi theme but it seems like the system doesnt recognize it.

    Hello @yordikathmann

This default shortcode is needed for the proper operation of the store. I am aware that the appearance is also important but we cannot guarantee the operation of our plugin if the store is not configured as it should.
