Not showing First Class Mail Parcel

    I switched over to this plugin after a prior plugin from another company stopped working.

    For some reason, this is not calculating the First Class Parcel Rate. It is only returning the First Class Mail rate, which is too low.

    The item is less than 13 oz (it’s a CD) but I would like the option of the Parcel rate to appear.

    In using the DEBUG mode, it indicated that 0 results came from the USPS website. But the “other” shipping plugin I used previously would return the Parcel rate as well.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Olivmich,

    If you want to turn off prices for a particular service, then go to admin settings of the plugin and uncheck those services. It will return prices for only checked services.

    I don’t want to turn them off. I want them to appear. I have First Class Parcel checked but it’s not returning as an option in checkout.

    Hi Olivmich,

    In our basic version you can select services only. Package types are non-choose-able. It will return cheapest one among all the available rates.

    So if I upgrade to the paid version I will be able to select the exact services I want?

    Hi Olivmich,

    All the services are listed here. you can select them from this free version also. I suggest you to turn on debug mode from admin settings. Then check for the First Class Mail Parcel price returned by USPS. Look for other First Class Mail prices also. Our plugin is showing only cheapest price. So if other service is returning cheaper rate, which you don’t want, just turn that off.
