Hi @dianedeboer,
Please note that this is the forum for PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce, not the plugin you mentioned.
That said, although this issue is not related with our plugin (we do not add or remove custom data to the documents automatically, beyond the default WooCommerce data), I would like to help you further as courtesy.
I am aware that this plugin has an option to enable or disable the data visualization in the PDF invoice, but it always displayed the data, regardless you were that option activated or not.
I think that maybe they fixed this issue, and it is working as it should now, but you may have that option disabled and that is why you are not seeing the fields currently. Please take a look at the settings, to check if the option is activated.
If it does not work, please contact the plugin developers and ask them if they change something in the latest release.
Hi Jordan, thank you so much for your answer. I realize that my issue combines 2 plugins: Unfortunately I think I did enable the option you mentioned “Add Custom Fields” and it is working in my emails. But the issue is that these extra fields don’t show in the PDF invoice. They always did, but not anymore. I have asked the developer of the plugin WooCommerce Checkout Manager PRO and they advised to use Woocommerce Invoices Packing Slips from WP Overnight. Have a nice day. Diane
As I said previously, we do not add custom data to the PDF invoices automatically, therefore, if that checkout manager plugin do not it either, that means that you could be adding those data otherwise, e.g. with a code snippet or a PDF custom template.
That said, I would like to help you to display the custom fields in your PDF invoices again. Please write us to support@wpovernight.com, so we can continue with the help there*.
* The plugin you mentioned is a paid product, and WordPress.org does not allow providing support related with paid plugins here.
I will check your advice. Have a nice day. Diane
