If not, clearly this plugin was made to be incompatible thereby forcing you to pay to use it, no “free” version exists.
WordPress; if this is indeed the case (which illegal based on a list of consumer fraud and protection laws), you should ban this author/scammer from your platform.

For your information, I’ve developed the premium version for those who need more features and need any additional support. I hope you are not a person who always try to get for free or think plugin authors should response immediately for the queries as not as much as people those download plugins leaves reviews or donate.
@andrew, I’ve helped to resolve many support threads last few months and this is not the only plugin I have. I always try to provide support when ever I have time free of charge and also to update the plugins to make them better. Its sad to see people post bad comment or reviews without considering about the developers time and their contribution.
@giorg, @bottlekeeper As I mentioned on my previous comment, its might be a jQuery conflict. So, please search on the net how to resolve jQuery conflicts or provide access to your web site via the contact form on my web site. So, I can have a look. Also make sure that you have entered the correct values for the Products of which category will be displayed field.

@subhansanjaya, Am at a loss why this thread was marked as resolved.
@giorg, I ran the shortcode on a test page and a post on my site and it displayed well, but the php tag when inserted into my theme template does not display.
The shortcode however does not display on the woocommerce shop page.
So I don’t think the issue is restricted to jquery incompatibility.
@subhansanjaya, could jquery issues cause the above scenario?

I think the issue may be much simpler than jQuery. I had the same issue and it was fixed by a small comment above by subhansanjaya which was almost discarded “Also make sure that you have entered the correct values for the Products of which category will be displayed field.”

I have actually paid for the premium version as I needed the extra functionality, but now the slider doesn’t show (the free version I tried first worked fine) I’ve read the documentation on the developer’s site, but the instructions are sparse to say the least.
It gives the very basics of how to install, but there’s no troubleshooting info whatsoever.
It’s great that there are so many different options to configure the pro version, but without detailed instructions about what each setting actually does, I’m reduced to tedious trial and error methods.
If I eventually figure out how to do it on my own, I’ll return to this thread and update with specific details, but for now I feel like I’ve just wasted $19 on a product that seems technically excellent, but very difficult to actually use on my site.

I’d happy to help you. The free version need to be uninstalled first to install the pro version because both versions cannot be run at the same time.
I’ve kept it simple and user friendly as much as I can for the people who are not so technically inclined. Each option has a small description describing what it does. Also there is admin panel overview video. The documentation I wanted to keep it not so long, but I’ll update it with more details. The plugin has lots of features. If you take a bit of time then you will find how easy to use and how flexible it is. I’m sorry, if you find it difficult to use on your site.
