    My Computer:

    Browser: Microsoft Edge 97.0.1072.76
    PDF.js: 2.13.126
    Browser-Plugins: none
    OS: Windows 11 22543.1000

When opening a page with embedded PDF-Documents i only see a few pdf’s showing up, also in get the following warning in the console.

Warning: getOperatorList - ignoring errors during "RenderPageRequest: page 0" task: "DataCloneError: Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DedicatedWorkerGlobalScope': function at() { [native code] } could not be cloned.".

I uploaded a image showing my problem here:

The editor for this side looks like this:

Do you guys have any suggestion in what could be the cause of this? Is strange because most of our pdfs are being rendered correctly (> 95%).

PS: Sorry I had to blurr some content!

  • Hi @martinbrucker,

As most of your documents are rendering correctly, the issue is likely specific to your document and not the plugin code itself. How does this document differ from the others? Was it created in a different software program than the others?

I would recommend that you go back to the original document, if you can, and export it again to a PDF, making sure that you flatten all content such as images, embedded fonts, etc. and export it to PDF.

If you do not have an editable original document, running the PDF through the free repair tool here (https://www.ilovepdf.com/repair-pdf) may fix the corruption in the document to resolve the rendering issue.
