Not sending email

    Hi. I’ve built this page with a contact form using the WP Forms plugin. I’ve already configured SMTP with Easy SMTP and it is sending the test email perfectly fine. But when it comes to send with the form plugin, nothing is sent and I can’t find any error log to troubleshoot. The config is like the documentation. I’ve tested other SMTP plugins, and the behavior was the same, SMTP sends email, form doesn’t. What can it be?

    Hi gabcosta,

    If you were able to send a test email successfully in your SMTP plugin, the next step from here is to check the notification settings of your form.

    Specifically the From Email field in the form notification settings (in the form builder under Settings > Notifications) must be set to the same email address as the email used to set up the SMTP plugin.
