I’ve run into another problem, even though I have shipping ZONES set up, the shipping offer doesn’t appear in my cart. I have the customer’s address by zone.

Regarding your first question: Currently, when a student/user purchases a digital product through StoreEngine, they will receive an invoice email similar to the screenshot. To access or download their purchased files, they can navigate to: Store Dashboard → Downloads. Please refer to the attached screenshot for guidance. We hope this clarifies the download process.
Regarding your second question: We’ve identified a minor issue with the Shipping Zone system. Our development team is already aware of it and will work on a fix as soon as possible. Once the issue is resolved, the shipping options will appear correctly on the checkout page.
