    I have defined custom gift card email designs by the various services I offer. When I do a test email in the test email section, or process a “fake” order I only receive the default Gift Card style. I’ve never receive one of the custom designs.

    I have each design assigned to each eGift Card Product in WooCommerce and it still sends only the default style. Same for the test email. The custom design is chosen, but only the default style is sent. This happens regardless of whether I select Use WooCommerce Transactional Email in settings or not. Meaning if it is checked or is not.

    How do I fix this so custom designs are actually set.

    Hi Cheri, sorry to hear you’re having issues.

    Being able to edit multiple designs is a feature available only in the Pro version and WordPress.org doesn’t allow supporting Pro plugins using their forums.
