Not sending any e-mail

    WordPress 4.7.3
    Pie Register v2.0.21

    Dear Support,

    my Pie Register isn’t sending out any for of mail – be it E-Mail verification links or Password forgotten requests – which obviously presents quite a big problem.

    I looked over the forums (both this and the official one), and couldn’t find somebody with similar problems – is there is already a solution, please let me know.

    Correction: I tried going to the official forum and website of the plugin, but both are unreachable sadly.

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may occur to you. Our Plugin website forum and Website is UP and Running, maybe there were some network issues. Regarding the Forgot Password issue with version 2.0.21. Please follow this thread for the solution and let us know if the issues get resolved.

    Ah thanks, the forum works now – although they have a different problem.

    I don’t get any error message, there is just no emails send whatsoever, even for new users registered. I think, this might be a general wordpress Problem for me, not specifically the Pie Register plugin. Already contacted my hoster and will write in the official forums for further inquiries.

    Dear Support,

    the problem seems to have solved itself. My hoster didn’t do anything, I did not change anything, but for some reason it started working 12 hours later using the still activated SMTP Mail Plugin.
