    Thank you for contacting Icegram Customer Care.

    You can find the subscription form widget under Appearance > Widgets and simply add it to any widget area.

    You can edit an existing form or create a new one under Email Subscribers > Forms and use the given shortcode anywhere on your website. Please take a look at this article for directions.
