    I was unable to get to use this plugin because the other two plugins from this developer do not function as advertised.

    You are supposed to use the other two plugins to build a site and this one to collect money but the other two plugins don’t work, despite what you will see written.
    I’ve tried to contact support but they send documentation that does not match what you see on the screen. The steps and labels don’t match. It’s really bad. Then you have to wait 24 hours for a response and only respond through their website, not just reply to the email.


    Based on my experience with their premium paid tier I would not recommend this developer.

    Hi Shawn,

    I am sorry you are feeling frustrated, i have investigated the circumstances here and it’s a bit baffeling.

    We seem to be trying our hardest to assist you. In the last 12 months you have opened 5 support requests with us, all answerd within 40minutes to max 8 hours. 3/5 You simply stoped replying. You opend two recent ones, both of which have replies again asking to help you further. At no point have we not been trying to help you, but we can only help if you reply to us.

    Both me and the other owner have reached out to you saying we will personally help you one to one, in either email, voice or video call. You can only get great support if you actually let us support you.

    I desperately hope to hear from you in your last support request so I can help you!

    I appreciate Stiofan’s response here and I am in exchanges working out the specifics of my issues with the other plugins.
    To be fair, during this time of support, I will be changing my 2 star review to a 5 star review. It is not my intention to hurt the developers reputation but convey the clarity the end user needs in the admin dashboard.
    If you did have an issue I believe the developer would do what is fair within the terms you agreed to and probably go a bit farther to help. Updates to follow.
