    I created an account installed in the plugin. Added inline form shortcode, it didn’t work. I’m able to see the form in preview mode but if I use an incognito or a different browser, the form is missing. I checked their knowledge-base. Tried everything. Nothing worked.

    Update: The team was really responsive and the form wasn’t working due to my Cache plugins. They figured it out within 2 hours.
