    I’m sorry to hear you have had a poor experience but I am afraid your claims are incorrect.

    The plugin is fully documented with hundreds of screen caps and videos – I don’t know what you were looking for in support documents but there is a very extensive library at http://www.wphrmanager.com/help/documentation/

    I also checked your support queries on WordPress and both were answered within one day which is well with the 48 hours stated support policy.
